This machine is an automatic winding machine with multi- winding heads. suitable for multi-connected and multi layer winding, especially suitable for Industrial motors, such as air conditioner motor, washing machine motor,hood motor, pump motor, fan motor,relay coil,transformer coil and so on.

1. CNC control. easy data-setting and operating. Up to 1000 winding parameters. The complete Micro-computor system is developed and made in Taiwan. With 20 year’s experience in this industry.
2. Auto slowing down at the beginning and end of each winding process to protect the coil and machine.
3. Auto slot change. Can jump from one slot to the next according to the program.
4. Auto start point detecting, auto reset and auto start.
5. Wire array shaft is driven by ball screw and 3-phase stepping motor. It has high speed and high precision of wire arraying.
6. Winding spindle is controlled by transducer and 3-phase motor. High precision and low noise. No obvious vibration at the speed of 3200R.P.M.
7. Pneumatic loading/unloading with security protecting devices.
